首先,要掌握影響薄紙印刷的環境溫濕度。印刷薄紙時,更好現裁現用,這樣可更大限度地減少紙張與空氣的接觸時間。如果所裁紙張(包括半成品)沒有立即使用,應當用保鮮膜或拉伸膜把紙張纏繞起來,防止其因接觸空氣而變形。為了保證紙張內部含水量的合理(6%左右),還應注意紙張的堆放位置,不宜靠墻、靠窗、靠水龍頭、靠暖氣(冬天),更不可露天放置,以免過于干燥而破壞紙張含水量的合理,造成紙張翹曲不平等后果。

It is not suitable to place paper by wall, window, tap, heating (winter), and not open-air, so as to avoid excessive drying and damage the rationality of moisture content of paper, resulting in unequal results of paper warping.
其次是在掌握薄紙印刷影響因素的基礎上,針對性地對紙張進行合理調控,可采取以下方法解決。

(1)除濕法:利用空調的除濕功能去除室內空氣中多余的水分,就可以有效達到除濕的目的。印刷車間的標準環境為溫度20℃左右、相對濕度55%~65%RH。

(2)砸頁法:如果紙張印刷后出現卷曲現象,可用砸頁法加以解決,將所切印張翻身,用手工“砸紙”的方法把卷曲的印張敲砸出許多折線,利用折線與折線之間產生的支撐力,強行改變彎曲的印張,使之相對平整。

(3)晾紙法:晾紙法是利用晾紙機將裁切后的紙張或者沒有裁切的紙張通風吹晾,使紙張內部的濕度和空氣濕度保持相對平衡,使紙張的含水量符合印刷要求并保持穩定,保證其在印刷和印后加工中不易變形。這樣既可提高印刷質量,也能給印后加工減少很多麻煩。
(3) Paper-drying method: The paper-drying method is to use the air-drying machine to air the cut paper or the uncut paper, so as to keep the relative balance of moisture and air humidity in the paper, make the moisture content of the paper meet the printing requirements and maintain stability, and ensure that it is not easy to deform in printing and post-printing processing.
