重新計算印刷壓力。選擇襯墊紙厚度為0.48mm,橡皮布滾筒總包襯厚度為3.40mm,調節橡皮布滾筒和壓印滾筒的間距為3.25mm,實際印刷生產的印刷壓力控制在0.25mm。調試完成后,先清洗橡皮布,重新開機印刷,抽樣檢查,發現樣張實地區域不平服,小網點有丟失現象,說明印刷壓力還是低了一點。停機拆下橡皮布滾筒包襯,在包襯里面增加0.07mm襯墊紙,這時印刷壓力理論上已達到0.32mm。開機印刷,印刷出來的產品實地平服,墨色均勻,平網區域網點再現良好。
